This necklace isn't finished yet but the flowers are very pretty.



Everyone knows Maggie who I intrupted while she was playing with something n the grass.



What I like about this piece is the color of the yellow flowers.  This was a rod that came with an odd lot.  I'm not sure the name of the rod but it was a translucent yellow rod that turned colors as I worked with it.  The hibiscus are extremely realistic. 

I did get a new camera this weekend - a Panasonic Lumix - 8 megapixils but I bought it because it does raw photos.  It's really a great little camera but the program that came with it doesn't do anything except hold the photos so I have to still use photoshop until I learn how to program the camera.  I'm trying to talk David into going to Everglades National Park next weekend so I can shoot some nature photos.
